Returns/exchange/shipping damage

Returns and exchange on unused items must be made within 30 days. Original shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for returning goods to us. Restocking charges may be assessed if returns are for non-stock items or products that have been modified per your order directions. All returns must be “preapproved” and have a” heatandweld RMA number” assigned or they will be returned. Any hidden damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. You can make reports by email to customerservice@heatandweld.com.

Heatandweld.com respects customer privacy by keeping all information private and never sells or shares information with other organizations.

Warranty

Heatandweld.com warrants its products “parts only” for 12 months from shipping date for product defects and must be notified immediately via email of these defects and heatandweld.com is not responsible for misapplication by the end user of any product purchased that fails because of use for which it was not intended.

Terms

All orders are to be paid via credit card at time of purchase and any refunds or credits will be made by heatandweld.Com via the same card used on the original credit card order. Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped inside the State of New Jersey. Partial shipments will be not made on orders unless we are told otherwise in which case shipping charges will be applied/charged based on the weights and number of shipments made to complete.
